Drying of suspensions and dewatered sludge
The low-temperature-drying technique of the Pro-Dry®, Compact-Dry, Combi-Dry and the Feed-and-Turn-Dryer is designed for partial or full drying of municipal and industrial dewatered sludge, biomass or other temperature-sensitive suspensions. The drying level is adjustable from 40% up to 90% DS.

The dried biosolids are sanitized and practically dust-free.
Hence, the drying technologies of Klein Technical Solutions help to reduce environmental pollution and utilization costs.

Low-Temperature-Dryer Combi-Dry
Ecological and economical sewage sludge drying
The drying process of the Low-Temperature-Dryer Combi-Dry is a combination of a drying drum, a drying container and a container for the technical equipment. 
The drying drum is charged with the dewatered sludge (usually 20 – 35% DS) with an appropriate conveyor technique (e.g. screw-conveyors). The rotation of the drum rearranges the sludge and hot air dries the dewatered sludge homogeneously.

The Low-Temperature-Dryer Compact-Dry is a modularly designed drying system which is delivered “almost ready to run”. Each component is equipped with a heat and ventilation technology and can be easily connected. 


Feed-and-Turn-Dryer
Fermented substrates- and wood chips drying
The technology of the Feed-and-Turn-Dryer is suitable for a continuous drying with high efficiency. Different control functions and a flexible air management enable the dryer to treat fermentation residues, wooden chips, grains and other biosolids.

Sewage sludge drying
The Belt-Dryer Pro-Dry® is designed for the drying of sewage sludge and other substrates from municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants of up to 92% DS.
